If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
We cannot accept claims after 48 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Boutique items and Merch items ship from different locations and therefore will arrive seperately and will be reflected in the price of shipping.
All Merch items are produced/printed by a third party on-demand print company.
All Boutique items are shipped directly from Scarlet’s inventory.

We cannot perform returns or exchanges.
All apparel, totes, and mugs are produced and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand company and are made to order. Please double-check your selections (size, color, quantity, etc.) before finalizing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo to request a free reprint or refund.
Refunds are first issued to our third-party account and then transferred to your original payment method. If your billing currency is not USD, refunds will go directly back to your payment source once processed.
Please monitor your tracking, and if you encounter delivery issues, contact us promptly with all necessary details so we can start a claim. We’re here to help resolve any problems!
